Tom Shreve
Tom Shreve is a native of Elizabethtown and a graduate of Elizabethtown High School. He attended the University of Kentucky and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration. He continued his education at the University of Kentucky College of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate. After receiving his J.D., he practiced with an insurance defense firm and obtained significant experience in civil litigation with exposure to cases involving automobile accidents, medical malpractice and insurance bad faith. His practice now focuses on criminal defense, bankruptcy, personal injury, and general civil litigation. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, and the Hardin County Bar Association. Tom is also a member of the Kentucky Justice Association (formerly the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys) and a past member of the Kentucky Defense Counsel. Tom is a member of the Young Professionals of Hardin County and is a graduate of the 2003-2004 Leadership Elizabethtown Class. He also serves as a mentor for Hardin County Teen Court. He presently resides in Elizabethtown with his wife, Amber, and son, Paten.
